I know we have been reminding you about this ALL SUMMER LONG; however, you cannot practice without a current physical on file in the nurse's office. Please take care of this ASAP!
If your family doctor cannot see you before preseason, The Silverside Medical Center as well as the Brandywine Medical Center (next to Target) are doing Sports Physicals.

No Trail Run on Friday July 22nd
The high on Friday will be over 100 degrees. There will be NO trail run. We urge everyone to exercise indoors during the heat wave.

Stormy Weather
Hi Everyone,
We will NOT be running if there is thunder or lightning in the forecast. Use your best judgement when heading out to the runs this summer.
Just a reminder of the summer runs available to you :)
Mondays: 6:45 PM at Springer Track. Group is run by Joe McNichol...great uptempo workouts on the track. You'll get to meet lots of runners from the area high schools.
Wednesdays and Fridays: 6PM for our Trail Runs...We meet at Woodly Park right across from the Brandywine YMCA (parents are welcome to join us!)
Don't forget to get your physical turned in to the nurse at BHS. It must be on file before our first day of preseason!
Be sure to stay hydrated during these hot weeks of summer! Carry a water bottle on your long runs if you need to :)
