State Park Passes

Good Morning Coaches, Delaware State Parks is excited to welcome the 2017 Cross Country Season! We encourage you to share this information with your parents regarding the Delaware State Parks Annual Pass. The purchase of an Annual Pass not only saves money, but also time and frustration by “beating the line” at the fee booth when dropping off athletes for practices and meets. ·         Daily rates are $4.00 for in-state and $8.00 for out-of-state. ·         The Annual Pass costs $35.00 for in-state and $70.00 for out-of-state. ·         If you are entering a park more than 8 times this season, the annual pass is the best value! While we recognize that parents may not be using the parks themselves, the entrance fees are essential to maintaining the features and services of the parks that so many cross country teams use and enjoy. The Annual Pass is valid at all Delaware State Parks and is valid through the end the calendar year. There are several ways to purchase an Annual Parks Pass at your convenience: 1.       Stop by any park office in person and purchase a pass at any of these retailers: http://www.destateparks.com/fees/passes/retailers.asp 2.       Purchase a pass online: https://delawarestateparks.reserveamerica.com/showPage.do?name=common&commonPath=/htm/DE_AnnualPasses.html 3.       If your team so wishes, you can organize an order for Annual Passes through the Corporate Pass Program. Annual Passes purchased through the Corporate Pass program must be purchased at a minimum quantity of 5, and come at a discounted price of $30 a pass for both in-state and out-of-state vehicles.
