Change of Plans and Weekend Schedule

Hi Everyone!
We are changing our plans for the rest of the week.  Unfortunately, I cannot host the team dinner on Friday night.  My father was discharged today after 85 days in hospital/rehab and we were instructed to keep him away from large groups for a few weeks.  Instead of the team dinner, I will be hosting a pizza party at practice tomorrow after we do a little running.

Thursday 11/9:  Practice at School
Meet on the track by 2:45 and bring your appetites :)

Friday 11/10:  No School/ No Practice (I had forgotten about the day off!)
Those running in the state meet, get out and jog for 20 minutes followed by some stretching

Saturday 11/11:  DIAA State Meet

Bus will leave BHS at 10:15AM.  Will update tomorrow as to whether we need a City/Claymont pickup.

It will be COLD on Saturday!  Wear Sweats, jackets, hats, gloves.  Bring blankets.

For those running in the meet, remember if you are wearing anything UNDER your uniform, it has to be solid BLACK.

Hi Everyone,
We are cancelling practice today.  Go home and stay dry!

Practice at the Creek tomorrow.  Seniors are reminded to wear their Senior Shirts.

Last Week of the Season!

Hi Everyone!
It's hard to believe this is our last week of the season!  Even though not everyone will be running in the State Championship Meet, we would like all team members to continue practicing with us this week.  See below for this week's schedule:

Monday 11/6:  Bellevue at 9AM.  Practice will end by 10:30

Tuesday 11/7:  PRACTICE CANCELLED

Wednesday 11/8:  Brandywine Creek State Park.  We are playing TAG 
& retaking our Senior pictures.  SENIORS, WEAR YOUR SHIRTS!!!!!!!

Depart Time: 2:45pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 4:45pm
Return Location: Brandywine Creek State Park
Est Return to School: 5:00pm
