Monday Workouts at Brandywine H.S.
Arrival Time: 6pm
Workout starts at 6:30
BHS coaches do NOT run this workout. A parent volunteer from Padua heads them up. It's a great opportunity to learn how to pace yourself in a 5K. This workout is open to all middle and high school runners.
Wednesday July 3rd: We will NOT be meeting for a group run at Bellevue. Since the next day is a holiday, I imagine many families will be going out of town.

It’s a nice course that runs along the Brandywine River. T-shirts to first 200 registrants. A great after party at Catherine Rooney’s with lots of food.
We will not be having a Bellevue Run this night so I hope to see you at the 5K instead!
