Sorry for the delayed posting.  Had a busy weekend visiting my SENIOR in college for his last home swim meet.  Don't blink. You'll be visiting your bulldogs in college before you know it!

We may end up giving the kids off on Thursday.  I will send out a Remind notice to let you know.

Friday 10/29:  Blue Hen Conference Championships @ Bellevue State Park

Brandywine is the HOST school for this event.  We will be selling shirts (only 80!), pretzels, candy, and drinks.  Keeping it simple.  We have two parents working sales, we could use a few more hands.  Let me know if you are able to help.  Thanks!

Saturday 10/30:  B+ Virtual 5K  @ Brandywine Creek State Park  8:30-10:00

We will be meeting at the Nature Center which is the next parking lot up from our usual meeting spot.  Just continue up the road.

We encourage all athletes to sign up and fundraise for this great cause fighting Childhood Cancer.    Our own Teyton Pressley is a B+ Hero.  Click HERE to sign up to be a part of Team Teyton.  If you are not familiar with the B+ Foundation, Click HERE to read about their mission. Teyton's Mom is picking up our team shirts on Friday so we will have them for Saturday.

Sunday 10/31:  Happy Halloween!  Give your legs a much needed day of rest and don't eat too much candy!

BHSXC Week 10

 Hi Everyone.

A HUGE THANK YOU for all your help on Friday.  We could not have pulled off the event without you!  I just wish the temperatures had been a tad bit cooler.  Nothing like an 83 degree day in mid-October!  And as I type this, the temperature 61 degrees.  What a difference a few days make.  Let's hope Fall Weather is here to stay!

Blue Hen Conference Championships @ Bellevue State Park 10/29

I am the meet director for the Blue Hen meet.  There are only 16 schools so it is a MUCH SMALLER race than Joe O'Neill.  I ordered 80 shirts to sell and we will also be doing some scaled down concessions.  Please message me in Remind if you are able to help.

End of Season Banquet

We are looking for a few parents to run this year's end of season banquet.  Tasks include booking date with school/getting headcount/ordering food from Mazellas/decorating

B+ 5K:  October 30, 2021

BHSXC Week 9

 Hi Everyone.

The Joe O'Neill Invitational is this FRIDAY!  This is our ONLY fundraiser of the season.  Thanks to everyone who signed up to help.  If you would like to drop off your cases of water or 12 oz. gatorade before Friday, you can bring them to the end of practice any day this week.  Otherwise, you can bring to Bellevue on Friday  by 1pm and we can ice them down.

There is NO BUS on Friday.  Kids are off from school.  Please arrive at Bellevue no later than 1:00.  We will be camping out at the end of the main pavilion across the bridge.

We will need help cleaning up after the last race.  

Saturday 10/16:  No practice.  Easy recovery run on your own.  30-40 minutes

Congrats to Graham and Izzy for being named Bulldogs of the Meet for their great performances at the Sallies Invitational.  Looking forward to some FAST personal records by all our bulldogs at the meet this Friday!
