 Hi Everyone!

We had a fantastic week of racing and training.  Every bulldog posted a season PR at the Tidewater Classic this past Wednesday!  Kudos to Angelina for finishing 5th overall adding another medal to her season collection.

Attention SENIOR PARENTS:  We will be having our Senior Recognition at the Blue Hen Conference Meet on Friday 10/24.  We hope you all can make it.  All parents and athletes are invited to join in some light refreshments after the meet as we celebrate our 10 Seniors

Help Needed for Joe O'Neill Invitational

 Hi Everyone.

I am the Meet Director for the Joe O'Neill Invitational. We will be selling Shirts and Concessions at the meet as a Fundraiser for our Program.  This is our ONLY fundraiser of the year and it helps fund our spirit wear, snacks, invitationals etc.  I put together a Sign Up Genius.  Please help if you can.

For the Water donations:  please make sure they are 16 ounce bottles

For the Gatorade donations:  please make sure they are 12 ounce bottles

I will provide the Foil to wrap the pretzels if you sign up for that slot.  When ordering from the Pretzel Factory, make sure you tell them it's for a Fundraiser for BHSXC.  They give a discount to schools.  Save receipt for Reimbursement.

I was excited to see so many of you surpass your Goal on Saturday!  Way to Go!  Shout out to Clayton who ran the EXACT time on his Goal Sheet.  (I may have him buy me a lottery ticket).  Kudos to Angelina who picked up some more hardware finishing 16th out of 109 runners.

Schedule Changes

 Hi Everyone!

We have a few changes to our schedule. See below:

Practice this Saturday 9/13 will be at BELLEVUE from 8:00-9:45.  Meet at the tables right next to the train.  (right next to the parking lot)

The Scavenger Hunt has been rescheduled to FRIDAY 9/26 at the Creek.  

We are no longer competing in the Ugly Duck Invitational on 10/11.  We will have PRACTICE that day instead.  The school only pays for 3 invitationals and we decided to put the booster money towards a fun activity instead (the scavenger hunt).  We also purchased shirts and sweats for the team :)

I hope you were all able to get some rest after your outstanding performances at the Unionville Two Mile Bash.  Lots of PR's despite the hot, muggy conditions.  Kudos to Angelina who finished 9th overall in the Senior Girls' Race.  What a great way to start off our competitive season!

Eligibility:  You must have a current DIAA Sports Physical on file with the BHS nurse BEFORE your first day of practice.  The physical must be dated after 4/1/25.     Click HERE for a copy of the form.  You can make an appointment at the Wellness Center at School.  Click HERE for their website.  You can also go to Silverside Go Care.  They take Walk In appointments for sports physical (cost is $35)
