New Recruits

 Hi Everyone!

It was great to see so many people at the Back to School event!  We are looking forward to you joining our team.  See below for team info:

Eligibility:  You must have a current DIAA Sports Physical on file with the BHS nurse BEFORE your first day of practice.  The physical must be dated after 4/1/25.     Click HERE for a copy of the form.  You can make an appointment at the Wellness Center at School.  Click HERE for their website.  You can also go to Silverside Go Care.  They take Walk In appointments for sports physical (cost is $35)

Our practice schedule for this week is below:

Monday 8/25, Tuesday 8/26, Wednesday 8/27:  Practice at SCHOOL

Meet on the track by 2:45.  Practice will end by 4:15-4:30

Thursday 8/28:  Scrimmage for Cancer at Bellevue State Park

Students who drive may drive themselves to scrimmage.  All other athletes must ride the bus. 

Boys' Race 3:30    Girls' Race 4:00

Dismissal Time: 1:45pm
Depart Time: 2:00pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Location: No Return Bus

Pick up at Bellevue by 4:45-5:00

Friday 8/29:  Brandywine Creek State Park

Students who drive may drive themselves to practice.  All other athletes must ride the bus. 

Dismissal Time: 1:45pm
Depart Time: 2:00pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Location: No Return Bus

Parents pick up at the park by 4:30-4:45 in the Hawk Watch Parking lot.  Use the main entrance off of Adams Dam Road.  If using GPS, the address is 41 Adams Dam Road.  Take the first RIGHT as you head up the road.

Saturday 8/30:  To Be Determined once we see who will be in town

BHSXC Week Two

We have had a great first week of practice!  I appreciate all of your hard work and your smiles so early in the morning.

See below for our upcoming practice schedule:

Saturday 8/16:  Brandywine Creek State Park 8AM-9:45AM

Use the main entrance off of Adams Dam Road.  If using GPS, the address is 41 Adams Dam Road. 

Drop off  and pickup at the  NATURE CENTER parking lot at the very top of the hill.  (Drive past the first parking lot and continue up the road)

We will have some tasty treats after practice to celebrate the end of WEEK ONE :)

Sunday 8/17:  DAY OF REST

Monday 8/18 through Friday 8/22 BELLEVUE State Park 8AM-9:45 AM
