Tuesday: WINTERTHUR There will be a RETURN bus from Winterthur dropping the kids back to BHS after practice Dismissal 1:45/ Bus leaves BHS at 2PM
Wednesday: Bellevue
Thursday: Bellevue
Friday: School 9AM
Pasta party at the McCoys' house.
Saturday: New Castle County Championships
Click HERE for Meet Information. There is NO bus to the County meet. Athletes must arrive at least ONE hour before their scheduled race. If any parents are running the Old Timers race please let me know and I'll get you a BHS jersey to wear :)
PARKING INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY
General Admission Parking is free. Please enter Gate 3 located on Rt. 52. Please note it is a country walk over hilly terrain to the team staging area.
Handicap Parking - Those displaying state-issued Handicap Parking credentials should enter Gate 5.
Preferred Parking is available for $10 per car. Preferred Parking will enter Gate 5 off Rt. 52 and be located near the team staging area. Special hang tag will be sold in advance. Anyone not displaying this hang tag will not be permitted into this parking area and will be directed to the general admission parking. Hang tags will be distributed to coaches on your assigned practice day. Proceeds from Preferred Parking go to N5CTA.

What to bring:
Freshmen: Bread
Sophomores: Fruit or vegetables
Juniors: Dessert
Seniors: Drinks
Directions to my house from Brandywine:
Make a left out of the parking lot. Go up Foulk Road to Shipley Road and make a left. Go past the traffic light (Wilson Road), and the second street on the right is Dakota Avenue (this is Shipley Heights). Make the first right onto Glenwood Avenue, and make a left at the stop sign onto Gunning Drive. Follow the road around the corner which turns into Bedford BLVD, and we are the first house on the right.
*It’s going to be a costume party so everyone dress up! Also, bring a pumpkin if you can so we can carve them!

A Few Reminders...
Hi Everyone,
It was nice to see everyone out at Bellevue today for our last regular meet of the season! Time flies when you are having fun!
A few announcements:
** Friday (10/21) Practice at BELLEVUE
** Saturday (10/22) Distance Run organized by CAPTAINS....still waiting on time and location :)
** I updated the spreadsheet....click the link on the right (2011 Results)
** If you would like to host the pasta party on Friday November 4, we have an opening. Just let me know!
** For any parents, grandparents, etc. who like to run.....there is an Old Timer's Race the day of the New Castle County Championships....it goes off right before the JV races. Let me know if you are planning on running and I will get you a BHS uniform to wear. The race is FREE :)

Our Last Tri-Meet of the Season!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at our last regular meet of the season. We will be celebrating our seniors after the meet and we hope that the entire team can stay afterwards and join us.
If we are the only meet at the park today, our boys will go off close to 3:30 with the girls following ten minutes later.
We have an opening for a Pasta Party on Friday November 4th (the night before the NCC meet). Please let me know if you are able to host.

There is NO practice today. If there is a break in the weather, please jog for 20-30 minutes and stretch on your own.

Hi Everyone,
Thank You to all the parents who made yesterday's Invitational a success! We could not have done it without you! We made close to a thousand dollars for our program!
We realize that school is closed on Monday and Tuesday. We will be running hard on Monday and need everyone to make an effort to get to practice.

Tuesday: Easy 40 minutes plus striders ON OWN
Wednesday: Meet with Howard/Mt.Pleasant at Bellevue 3:30 boys/3:40 girls

Joe O'Neill Invitational Friday October 14, 2011
Hi Everyone,
Fingers crossed that the storms stay away tomorrow! Thanks so much to all the parents who volunteered to help in concessions and the chute tomorrow. Just report to the pavilion closest to the finish line as soon as you get to the park. The time schedule is below. The kids have a 1:15 dismissal with a 1:30 departure time.

We are asking for donations of water and gatorade to be sold at the meet:
20 oz Gatorade or 16 oz water
You can drop the donations off at the end of practice this week and next week.

Tuesday: Meet with Ursuline & Sallies at BELLEVUE (this is a change from the original schedule) Race time 3:30 for the boys/ 3:40 for the girls
Wednesday: CREEK....wear your camouflage! We are playing TAG!
Thursday: SCHOOL
Friday: UD Invitational White Clay Creek Newark (more details to follow)
