Week 6 BHSXC

 Hi Everyone!

We had a great time at the Spartan Moonlight Classic.  A few runners were asking how their 4K compared to previous 5K races.  Click HERE for a Pace Calculator that will give you the answer. 

Mark your Calendars!  This Friday 9/25, Enid's family is hosting a Team Dinner immediately after practice.  They live in walking distance to the school, so the team will walk to Enid's house together.  Parents can pick up after the dinner.

Congrats to Cameron and Nicholas! Cameron finished 7th and Nicholas came in 8th both posting PR's.

(Nicholas was not at practice to receive his crown but will will make him wear it on Tuesday :))

Meet on the track by 2:45/ Pickup at 4:15-4:30

Wednesday 9/23:  Meet with McKean and Howard at Bellevue

Race Time 3:30pm 

Dismissal Time: 1:45pm
Depart Time: 2:00pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym

If not attending meet, parents pick up at the park by 4:30-4:45

Thursday 9/24:  Bellevue

Dismissal Time: 1:45pm

Meet on the track by 2:45

Practice will end by 4:15-4:30.  Team Dinner at Enid's house immediately following practice.  The team will walk to Enid's house together. 

Saturday 9/26:  Brandywine Creek State Park 8AM-9:30/9:45AM

Use the main entrance off of Adams Dam Road.  If using GPS, the address is 41 Adams Dam Road. We will meet at picnic tables in the Hawk Watch Parking lot.  

Sunday 9/27:  Easy distance on own:  30-45 minutes

Monday 9/28:  School

Meet on the track by 2:45/ Pickup at 4:15-4:30

Tuesday 9/29:  Meet with Newark at Brandywine Creek State Park

Race Time 3:30PM

Dismissal Time: 1:45pm
Depart Time: 2:00pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
