Hi Everyone,
Both the McCoys and Flanagans will NOT be at tonight's trail run. Not many of you have been showing up, but in case you were coming tonight, we wanted to let you know that there will be no coaches there this evening.
I will be at a make up swim meet and the McCoys have another commitment.
Feel free to show up and run with your teammates. Hopefully we will see more of you in the coming weeks!
