Great job today in the scrimmage! Just about everyone lowered their time trial time from Bellevue on a much harder course! Click on the link to the right for the results :)
Our weekend schedule is as follows:
Friday August 31st: Practice 9AM at Bellevue
Pool Party at Graylyn Crest Pool 5-8
The pool is located on Marsh Road between Silverside and Harvey. It's just past Branmar Plaza on the left hand side. If you are coming from Harvey Rd. the pool is about half a mile from Papa Johns on the right. Please bring $5 to cover swimming and pizza. It's supposed to be a scorcher tomorrow...high of 91!
Saturday and Sunday: NO PRACTICE ....run on your own. This is a good opportunity to get in a nice LONG RUN :)
Monday September 3: 9AM Bellevue.
We realize many of you will be out of town for the holiday weekend. Please make sure you pack your running shoes and put some miles in on your own.
