Preseason Updates

Hi Everyone,
I've had a few questions about next week's schedule so I thought I would post an early update:

Thursday 8/23:  Bellevue 6PM
Friday     8/24:  Bellevue 6PM
Saturday 8/25:  CARWASH at the EXXON at the corner of Foulk and Silverside.  Please arrive by 8:45 so we can set up and be ready to wash cars by 9AM.  Bring buckets and sponges.  Pack a snack and drink. Remember, no bathing suits!  We will wash cars until 12 or 1PM.  Parents are welcome to join in the fun :)

Sunday 8/26:  No Practice....a nice relaxing LONG run is recommended.

Monday 8/27:  Brandywine Creek 3:00-4:30  Freshmen, please meet at the side of the gym by 2:40.  Coaches will drive you to practice.  You can get changed in the locker rooms at the back of the gym.

Tuesday 8/28:  Bellevue  A school bus will pick you up at the side of the gym by 2:40.  Be changed and ready to go!  There is no return bus to school.  Parents, please pick up athletes at the park after practice at 4:45.

Wednesday 8/29:  SCHOOL:  Be dressed in practice clothes and on the track by 2:45 :)

Thursday 8/30:  Scrimmage for Cancer at Banning Park.  I will post race schedule at a later date.

Friday 8/31:  Bellevue 9:00 AM.....POOL PARTY at Graylyn Crest Pool 5-8PM.  Cost is $5 (covers cost of swimming and pizza)

A belated Happy Birthday to Colin and Connor who turned 16 yesterday!
