Last Week of the Season!

Hi Everyone!
A big Congrats to Alexa Crowell who made her second All County team.  Alexa finished 20th out of 165 runners in yesterday's race.

 We would like all team members to continue practicing with the team this week.

Monday 11/7:  No School   Practice at 9AM at Brandywine Creek

Tuesday 11/8:  No School/ No Practice
Run 40 minutes on your own followed by 6 striders

Wednesday 11/9: SCHOOL (this is a CHANGE)

Thursday 11/10:  School

Friday 11/11:  No School/  No Practice
30 minute EASY run on your own

Team Dinner hosted by the Flanagans
