We've had a great few weeks of training. The scrimmage gave everyone a taste of competition. I'm excited for our first official meet at Unionville.

For my brand new beginners: try to run/walk for 20-35 minutes.
For everyone else: Sunday is a great day to get in a LONGER run. A nice relaxed pace.

Monday 9/9: Brandywine Creek State Park
Meet on the side of the gym dressed in your practice clothes by 2:30PM. The bus will bring athletes back to the school. If picking athletes up at the park, please arrive by 4:30PM
Tuesday 9/10: Bellevue State Park
Meet on the side of the gym dressed in your practice clothes by 2:30PM. The bus will bring athletes back to the school. If picking athletes up at the park, please arrive by 4:30PM
Wednesday 9/11: Bellevue State Park
Meet on the side of the gym dressed in your practice clothes by 2:30PM. The bus will bring athletes back to the school. If picking athletes up at the park, please arrive by 4:30PM
Thursday 9/12: School
Meet on the track by 2:45pm. Practice will end by 4:15-4:30
Friday 9/13: White Clay Classic

This meet is formatted so that boys and girls will run together per each grade.
Separate finish lines for boys and girls will determine individual and team results
per gender.
2:00- Course walk. Please clear the racecourse by 2:45
2:45- Coaches meeting in the pavilion. Please pickup team packet upon arrival
3:00- Freshman Boys & Girls
3:30- Sophomore Boys & Girls
4:00- Junior Boys & Girls
4:30- Senior Boys & Girls
5:15- Awards
Saturday 9/14: No Practice
Please run an easy 30-40 minute recovery run on your own followed by some stretching
Sunday 9/15: No Practice
