Practice/Meet Schedule: September 7th-22nd

Hi Everyone!
We've had a great few weeks of training.  The scrimmage gave everyone a taste of competition.  I'm excited for our first official meet at Unionville.  

Saturday 9/7:  Unionville 2 mile Bash 
Depart Time: 7:00am
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 11:30am
Return Location: Unionville HS
Est Return to School: 12:00pm

8:00 am Girls MS 2400 meter race

8:20 am Boys MS 2400 meter race

8:40 am 9th grade Girls 3200 meter race
9:00 am 9th grade Boys 3200 meter race
9:20 am 10th grade Girls 3200 meter race
9:40 am 10th grade Boys 3200 meter race
10:00 am 11th grade Girls 3200 meter race
10:20 am 11th grade Boys 3200 meter race
10:40 am 12th grade Girls 3200 meter race
11:00 am 12th grade Boys 3200 meter race

Sunday 9/8:  No Practice
Distance on your own.

For my brand new beginners: try to run/walk for 20-35 minutes. 

For everyone else: Sunday is a great day to get in a LONGER run.  A nice relaxed pace. 
45-70 minutes.  


Monday 9/9:  Brandywine Creek State Park
Meet on the side of the gym dressed in your practice clothes by 2:30PM.  The bus will bring athletes back to the school.  If picking athletes up at the park, please arrive by 4:30PM

Tuesday 9/10:  Bellevue State Park
Meet on the side of the gym dressed in your practice clothes by 2:30PM.  The bus will bring athletes back to the school.  If picking athletes up at the park, please arrive by 4:30PM

Wednesday 9/11:  Bellevue State Park
Meet on the side of the gym dressed in your practice clothes by 2:30PM.  The bus will bring athletes back to the school.  If picking athletes up at the park, please arrive by 4:30PM

Thursday 9/12:  School
 Meet on the track by 2:45pm.  Practice will end by 4:15-4:30

Friday 9/13:  White Clay Classic

Dismissal Time: 1:00pm
Depart Time: 1:20pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 5:30pm
Return Location: White Clay Creek State Park
Est Return to School: 6:15pm


Schedule:
This meet is formatted so that boys and girls will run together per each grade.
Separate finish lines for boys and girls will determine individual and team results
per gender.


2:00- Course walk. Please clear the racecourse by 2:45
2:45- Coaches meeting in the pavilion. Please pickup team packet upon arrival
3:00- Freshman Boys & Girls
3:30- Sophomore Boys & Girls
4:00- Junior Boys & Girls
4:30- Senior Boys & Girls
5:15- Awards


Saturday 9/14:  No Practice
Please run an easy 30-40 minute recovery run on your own followed by some stretching

Sunday 9/15:  No Practice
