October 14-October 26th UPDATED

Hi Everyone!

Thanks for your patience in awaiting this update.  It's hard to believe we are halfway through October.  Only 4 weeks remain in our season!  This is a BIG WEEK for our program with the Joe O'Neill Invitational happening this Friday.  The weather looks to be PERFECT.  Thanks so much for all the volunteers who signed up to help.  

See below for our next two weeks of practices/meets:

Monday 10/14:  School

Meet on the track by 2:30.  Practice will end by 4:00-4:15

Tuesday 10/15:  Meet with Christiana and Glasgow Race time 3:30

Dismissal Time: 1:50pm
Depart Time: 2:10pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 4:45pm
Return Location: Bellevue State Park
Est Return to School: 5:00pm

Wednesday 10/16:  Bellevue

NO PRACTICE
Stay DRY and catch up on schoolwork &  SLEEP!!!

Thursday 10/17:  School

Meet on the track by 2:30.  Practice will end by 4:00-4:15

Friday 10/18:  The Joe O’Neill Invitational at Bellevue

·          There is NO SCHOOL on Friday and we do NOT have a bus.  Athletes please arrive no later than 1:00.  Traffic will be a mess if you arrive later.  There are currently 39 teams registered for the Invitational as of this morning. 

·         I will be at the park by 12:00-12:30

VARSITY BOYS 3:00 PM

VARSITY GIRLS 3:30 PM

JV BOYS  4:00 PM

JV GIRLS  4:30 PM

JV Boys B  5:00 PM

Saturday 10/19:  No Practice

Run an easy 30 minutes and stretch

Sunday 10/20:  No Practice

Longer Run on your own:  40-70 minutes:  Last long run of the season

Monday 10/21:  Bellevue

Depart Time: 2:40pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 4:30pm
Return Location: Bellevue State Park
Est Return to School: 5:00pm

Tuesday 10/22:  School

Wednesday 10/23:  Blue Hen Conference Champs @ Bellevue
