BHSXC Week 6

 Hi Everyone.

We had another great meet on Friday with many bulldogs setting personal records on Lums Pond's new course. Angelina (6th place) and Izzy (10th place) took home medals in the girls' Varsity competition while Graham Mitchell and Thomas Baer led the boys. 

A few reminders as we head into a new week:

•   Athletes must have a pair of solid black shorts to compete in.
• Please make sure you fill up your water bottle before leaving school each day.  Athletes should have a 32 ounce water bottle with them EVERY DAY.
• Please use the Remind App to inform coaches if you need to miss a practice.

This week's practice/meet schedule is below:

Monday 9/19: SCHOOL 

This is a change.  District was not able to get us a practice bus today.

Meet on track by 2:45.  Practice will be over by 4:15

Tuesday 9/20: Meet with AI/Odessa at Bellevue: 

Dismissal Time: 1:40pm
Depart Time: 2:00pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym

Meet will start at 3:30PM.  Pickup is at the park between 4:30-4:45. 

 Athletes MUST COOL DOWN before leaving with parents.

Wednesday 9/21: School

Meet on track by 2:45.  Practice will be over by 4:15

Thursday 9/22: Bellevue

Meet on the side of the gym by 2:30.  The bus will take athletes to Bellevue. 

There is NO RETURN BUS.  Pick-up is at Bellevue between 4:30-4:45.

Friday 9/23:  School

Meet on track by 2:45.  Practice will be over by 4:15

The Bockraths are hosting a team dinner

Saturday 9/24: Carlisle Invitational 

Athletes must arrive at BHS by 5:20AM for Roll.  The bus will leave promptly at 5:30AM.  We will not wait for late arrivals.  Bring a pillow if you want to sleep on bus.  We will be stopping for food on the way home so bring money or your own lunch.

There was a time cut-off for this meet so not everyone will be running.  All team members are welcome to come to the meet.
