* * Practice starts one week from today! Please look over the previous post regarding new shoes, park passes, and DIAA physicals.
**You must turn your physical into the nurse at BHS before August 14th. Please check to make sure you have signed all the pages.
**We are switching from the Remind app to Band app for our communications. Please use the QR code below to sign up. This is for parents and athletes.
See below for our practice schedule for the first two weeks:
Monday-Friday 8/14-8/18
8:00am Bellevue State Park
We meet by the picnic tables next to the track adjacent to the bathrooms. Practice will end between 9:45-10:00. We appreciate prompt pick up by parents. Please note that there is a daily fee for the park. If you do not have a state park pass for your car, I suggest you purchase one as we practice in parks regularly.
Saturday 8/19
8:00 am Brandywine Creek State Park
Use the main entrance off of Adams Dam Road. If using GPS, the address is 41 Adams Dam Road. Make the first right after passing toll booth (Hawk Watch parking lot). We will meet near the picnic tables. Practice will end between 9:45-10:00

Sunday 8/20: No Practice
Sleep in, stretch, relax, do some yoga
Monday 8/21 and Tuesday 8/22

Please note TIME CHANGE for these two days. I will be away dropping my daughter off at college and Coach Abby has teacher in-service. Practice will end between 7:45-8:00. It will be getting dark so we appreciate prompt pick up by parents.
Friday 8/25
8:00am Bellevue State Park
Back to mornings! Practice will end between 9:45-10:00
Saturday 8/26
