BHSXC Week Five

 Happy Sunday, Bulldogs!

I hope you are all enjoying this day of rest.  We are back at it tomorrow with our meet against Hodgson so don't forget to wash those uniforms and pack them in your bags in the morning.

Congrats to everyone who competed yesterday!  We are so proud of you, especially those who crossed the finish line for the first time at a high school xc meet!  Kudos to Angelina who finished 9th in the Junior Race winning her first medal of the season.  Angelina was the third Delaware finisher among all four races.

Monday 9/9:  Meet against Hodgson at Bellevue State Park.  Race time 3:30

Dismissal Time: 2:00pm
Depart Time: 2:10pm
Depart Location: BHS GYM

We will be setting up our camp in the pavilion across the bridge closest to the start/finish area.
Parents must pick up at the Park by 4:30-4:45.

Tuesday 9/10:  NO SCHOOL.  We will NOT be practicing.  

Take the time to REST, hydrate, and stretch.

Wednesday 9/11: Practice at Bellevue

Dismissal Time: 2:00pm
Depart Time: 2:05pm
Depart Location: BHS GYM

Practice will end by 4:30-4:45.  Parents must pick up athletes at Bellevue State Park

Thursday 9/12:  SCHOOL

Meet on the track no later than 2:45.  Practice will end by 4:15-4:30

Friday 9/13:  Middletown Invitational at Lums Pond

Dismissal Time: 12:45pm
Depart Time: 1:00pm

Girls J.V. - 3:30

Boys J.V. - 4:00

Girls Varsity - 4:30

Boys Varsity - 5:00

Saturday 9/14:  No Practice

Athletes please run a 20-40 minute shake out run on your own followed by some stretching.
