Hi Everyone!
Thanks to everyone who signed up to help at Friday's invitational. I am keeping a close eye on the weather. I am currently living every meet director's worst nightmare: chance of storms. We will run in the Rain. But obviously we will not run in Stormy weather. We will make the call before any of the downstate teams leave their campuses on Friday morning. If we have a stormy afternoon on Friday, the meet will be pushed to Monday with the same time schedule. I will send out a BAND message if that happens.
For parents who will be working at the meet, teams will start arriving by 1PM and there will be traffic entering the park. I would arrive no later than 1:30 to avoid the worst of it.

Sunday 10/18: Distance on own: 45-60 minutes
Monday 10/19: Bellevue 1:45 Dismissal/Bus leaves at 2PM/ 4:30 pickup from Park
Tuesday 10/20: School: meet on track by 2:45. Practice will end by 4:15
Wednesday 10/21: District Meet at Bellevue & Senior Celebration
1:45 Dismissal/Bus leaves at 2PM/Race Time 3:30
We will celebrate our Seniors after the meet with both Mount Pleasant and Concord
Thursday 10/22: School
meet on track by 2:45. Practice will end by 4:15
Friday 10/23: School
meet on track by 2:45. Practice will end by 4:15
Saturday 10/24: Bellevue Scavenger Hunt 8AM Pickup: 9:45
Brunch afterwards at Nate's house. Details to follow
