One Week from Today!

Hi Everyone!
Our first XC practice is ONE WEEK away!  We are looking forward to seeing all of you!  See below for some announcements about the coming week:

Cross Country athletes must have a physical registered with the school nurse in order to participate in athletics.  Click HERE for information on Sports Physicals Thursday August 11 - Meet the Coaches Night will be held in the auditorium at 6:30pm . All players, coaches, and parents are expected to attend this important meeting.  Friday August 12 - Administrtion Day                               Cross Country 10:30 XC athletes must report to the school to turn in physicals and fulfill any obligation. Monday August 15 - The first official day of practice.  Practice will begin on Monday, August 15, 8:30 a.m. at Bellevue State Park. We meet at the picnic tables near the barn, track and the bathrooms. Practice will typically last 1.5 - 2 hours. We will not leave anyone alone at the park so a prompt pick-up (ride should be back at park by 10:15) is greatly appreciated!  The first two weeks of practice will be at Bellevue State Park Monday - Friday and Saturdays at Brandywine Creek State Park State park stickers can be purchased at State Park offices during regular business hours. It is well worth purchasing a sticker as many practices and most meets are at state parks. Fee period is in effect through the entire XC season!
