We've had a great two days of practice. Just a few reminders for the rest of the week:
- Bring a Towel or Yoga mat to practice each day for core exercises
- Bring a Water Bottle (preferably a reusable one :))
- Stay HYDRATED throughout the day. The heat wave will continue for the next week.
- BRING A FRIEND to Practice!! We are still looking for new runners. No Experience necessary!

All practices will run from 8:30-10:15. Please try to be on time when picking up your athletes. We will not leave anyone alone in the park.
Monday through Friday: Bellevue State Park
Turn into the main parking lot. We meet by the picnic tables next to the track ( near the bathrooms)
Saturday: Brandywine Creek State Park. Click HERE for directions. We will meet in the Hawk Watch parking lot (first right after toll booth).
Sunday: No practice
Run on your own: 40-60 minutes for Returning Runners/ 20-30 minutes for New Runners
