Hi Everyone!
I hope you are excited as I am to start XC preseason.  A few reminders:

*  Tuesday  August 14th is Administration Day:  a chance to fulfill obligations and turn in your physical.  BHSXC time is 10:00 AM.  Report to the gym.  You must have a current physical on file with the nurse in order to practice.

* Meet the Coaches Night originally scheduled for 8/14 has been rescheduled for August 27th.  This night is for all coaches, athletes, and parents

Our first day of practice is Wednesday, August 15th.  During the XC season, practices will be held at State Parks or the school.  There is a fee to enter the state parks (even just for drop-off).  I recommend you purchase a State Park Sticker to save money.  $35 for DE Residents.  Click HERE for more information.

Please see below for our schedule for the first two weeks:

Wednesday 8/15:  Bellevue State Park 8:30

We meet at the picnic tables near the barn, track and the bathrooms. Practice will typically last 1.5 - 2 hours. We will not leave anyone alone at the park so a prompt pick-up (ride should be back at park by 10:15) is greatly appreciated!

Thursday 8/16:  Bellevue 8:30

Friday 8/17:  Bellevue  8:30

Saturday 8/18:  BRANDYWINE CREEK STATE PARK  8:30
Use the main entrance off of Adams Dam Road.  Click HERE for directions.  Make the first right after passing toll booth (Hawk Watch parking lot).  We will meet near the picnic tables.
