BHSXC Week Four

 Hi Everyone!

We had a great season opener yesterday!  We are looking forward to watching those times drop as our season progresses.  

We have made a few changes to our practice schedule from the previous blog.  See below for our upcoming practices/meets:

Wednesday 9/9 & Thursday 9/10:  School

Meet on the track by 2:45/ Pickup at 4:15-4:30

Friday 9/11:  White Clay Classic @ White Clay State Park

Dismissal Time: 12:45pm
Depart Time: 1:00pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 5:00pm
Return Location: White Clay Creek
Est Return to School: 5:30pm

Schedule:

2:00 PM - Course Walk Please clear the race course by 2:45 PM

2:45 PM - Coaches Meeting at the Pavilion Please pick up team packets upon arrival

3:00 PM - Freshman Boys & Girl

3:30 PM - Sophomore Boys & Girls

4:00 PM - Junior Boys & Girls

4:30 PM - Senior Boys & Girls

5:15 PM - Awards Ceremony

We will send out a Message in BAND when we are heading back to School 

Saturday 9/12:  No Practice 30-40 minute Shake out run on your own

Monday 9/14:  SCHOOL (THIS IS A CHANGE)

Meet on the track by 2:45/ Pickup at 4:15-4:30

Tuesday 9/15:  No School: NO PRACTICE (THIS IS A CHANGE)

 20-30 minute easy on your own

Wednesday 9/16  Meet with Mount Pleasant/AI duPont at Bellevue State Park 

  Race Time 3:30pm 

Dismissal Time: 1:45pm
Depart Time: 2:00pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym

If not attending meet, parents pick up at the park by 4:30-4:45

Thursday and Friday 9/17-9/18  SCHOOL

Meet on the track by 2:45/  Practice will end by 4:15-4:30

Saturday 9/19:  Spartan Moonlight Classic

We will let you know what races we are entered in as we get closer to the meet

Monday 9/21:  No School/No Practice

30-45 minute distance run on your own

Wednesday 9/23:  Meet with McKean and Howard at Bellevue

Race Time 3:30pm

Dismissal Time: 1:45pm

Friday 9/25:  School

Meet on the track by 2:45/ Pickup at 4:15-4:30

Saturday 9/26:  Brandywine Creek State Park 8AM-9:30/9:45AM

Use the main entrance off of Adams Dam Road.  If using GPS, the address is 41 Adams Dam Road. We will meet at picnic tables in the Hawk Watch Parking lot.
