BHSXC Week 5

Hi Everyone!

We had another great week of practices and competitions!  Almost every Bulldog ran a faster time at the White Clay Classic on a much hillier course!  

Kudos to Chase Salvatore for being names our "Bulldog of the Meet."  Chase finished 20th overall in the Freshmen Race clocking a new PR of 21:17.

Wednesday 9/16  Meet with Mount Pleasant/AI duPont at Bellevue State Park 

  Race Time 3:30pm 

Dismissal Time: 1:45pm
Depart Time: 2:00pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym

If not attending meet, parents pick up at the park by 4:30-4:45

Thursday and Friday 9/17-9/18  SCHOOL

Meet on the track by 2:45/  Practice will end by 4:15-4:30

Saturday 9/19:  Spartan Moonlight Classic

It looks like we will be in the JV GOLD races. If this changes, we will let you know.

Sunday 9/20:  Easy 20-30 minute shake out run on your own

Monday 9/21:  No School/No Practice

Distance run on your own (Beginners 20-30 minutes/Everyone else 45-60 minutes)

Tuesday 9/22:  SCHOOL

Meet on the track by 2:45/ Pickup at 4:15-4:30

Wednesday 9/23:  Meet with McKean and Howard at Bellevue

Race Time 3:30pm

Use the main entrance off of Adams Dam Road.  If using GPS, the address is 41 Adams Dam Road. We will meet at picnic tables in the Hawk Watch Parking lot.  

Sunday 9/27:  Easy distance on own:  30-45 minutes

Monday 9/28:  School

Meet on the track by 2:45/ Pickup at 4:15-4:30

Tuesday 9/29:  Meet with Newark at Brandywine Creek State Park

Race Time 3:30PM
