Hi Everyone,
It was great to see everyone last night. Hopefully, tonight we will see more of your smiling faces and all of your paperwork will be turned into Mr. Shea or Jessica at Brandywine. Remember, you cannot practice without a current physical on file at the school.
Our schedule for the next week is below:
Thurs August 16: Bellevue 6PM-7:30
Friday August 17: Bellevue 6PM-7:30
Saturday August 18: Brandywine Creek State Park 9AM
(use MAIN entrance off Adams Dam Road. Turn right into first parking lot after passing booth)

Sunday August 19: OFF (suggested LONG run on your own)
Monday through Friday (August 20-24) Bellevue 6PM-7:30
Saturday August 25: CARWASH at the EXXON on the corner of Silverside/Foulk Roads
