Details for Thursday's scrimmage are below. Students will be dismissed from class at 1:15. The bus leaves at 1:30.

The Banning 5K course is fast and runs over 99.5% grass and dirt. Spikes are recommended. It is well marked and is a superb spectator course that has the runners in plain eye sight for 70% of the race.
Race Times:
Boys ~ 3:45 pm
Girls ~ 4:20 pm
Middle School Boys ~ 5:00 pm
Middle School Girls ~ 5:30 pm
