Hi Everyone!

Meet the Coaches Night –Thursday, August 13, 6:30 pm in the cafeteria. All coaches, players, and parents are expected to attend this important evening.

 

Friday, August 14, 10:30 am – in the gym lobby. All physicals, obligations will be verified.

Practice will begin on Monday, August 17, 8:30 a.m. at Bellevue State Park. We meet at the picnic tables near the barn, track and the bathrooms. Practice will typically last 1.5 - 2 hours. We will not leave anyone alone at the park so a prompt pick-up (ride should be back at park by 10:15) is greatly appreciated!  The first two weeks of practice will be at Bellevue State Park M - F and on Saturday, August 22, 8:30 a.m. we will meet at Brandywine Creek State Park at Hawk Hill Parking lot.

State park stickers can be purchased at State Park offices during regular business hours. It is well worth purchasing a sticker as many practices and most meets are at state parks. Fee period is in effect through the entire XC season!

Physicals

I hope that everyone has taken care of your physical.  If you still need to schedule one, please see below for your options.  Physicals must be completed on a DIAA form.  Click HERE for the link to the form.

All Athletes must have a DIAA sports physical dated AFTER April 1, 2015

Brandywine’s SBHC will be open on the following days to provide services to students from 7:15 – 2:30:

The Naamans Medical Aid Unit will be offering Sports Physicals to Brandywine Athletes for $25 this summer. Bring your completed DIAA paperwork and school ID to 3401 Brandywine Parkway, Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19803. The building is at the corner of Shipley and Naamans Road.

MED Expess will be offering Sports Physicals to Brandywine Athletes for $20 this summer. ring your completed DIAA paperwork and school ID to MED Express 2722 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803.
