Haven't done much running yet? We need you to get started!
We are hoping that you have begun your summer training but if you have not gotten out the door this summer to start building your fitness, here is a program you can start with and a few things to consider along the way.
Remember, the first day of practice is Monday August 17! 4 weeks from TODAY!
IF you have not started running yet...you could begin with one of the schedules below. You have to pick the right schedule for your background in running and the shape you are currently in. If you are a true beginner to this sport, start with the "Beginners" Schedule:
