Only 6 bulldogs were able to make our Rosh Hashanah practice this morning. See their mostly smiling faces below:
They ran Pond intervals today at Bellevue. If you were NOT at practice, PLEASE get outside on this beautiful day and go for a run. 45 minutes followed by some striders.
