A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the Joe O'Neill Invitational such a huge success! Over 1100 runners crossed the finish line on Friday. Lots of Bulldog PR's! We sold out of t-shirts and made over $2000 for our XC team. We could not have done it without your help.

Tuesday 10/18: SENIOR DAY!! Meet with Chistiana and Hodgson @ Brandywine Creek.

We will be playing TAG! Break out the Camoflauge and come ready to run.

Saturday 10/22: Bellevue State Park 8:30-10:00
Sunday 10/23: Long run on your own: 50-70 minutes
