Practice schedule: September 11-17


Hi Everyone!
Sorry for the delay in posting the rest of the week.  We had  great day at the Cherokee Invitational.  Perfect XC weather and lots of speedy times posted by the bulldogs.



See below for this week's schedule:

Monday 9/11:  Brandywine Creek State Park
Depart Time: 2:45pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 4:45pm
Return Location: Brandywine Creek State Park
Est Return to School: 5:00pm


Tuesday 9/12:  School
Meet on track by 2:45.  Practice should end by 4:15-4:30

Wednesday 9/13: Bellevue
Depart Time: 2:45pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 4:45pm
Return Location: Bellevue State Park
Est Return to School: 5:00pm


Thursday 9/14: School
Meet on track by 2:45.  Practice should end by 4:15-4:30

Friday 9/15  White Clay Classic

Dismissal Time: 1:00pm
Depart Time: 1:20pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 5:30pm
Return Location: White Clay Creek State Park
Est Return to School: 6:15pm


Schedule:
This meet is formatted so that boys and girls will run together per each grade.
Separate finish lines for boys and girls will determine individual and team results
per gender.
2:00- Course walk. Please clear the racecourse by 2:45
2:45- Coaches meeting in the pavilion. Please pickup team packet upon arrival
3:00- Freshman Boys & Girls
3:30- Sophomore Boys & Girls
4:00- Junior Boys & Girls
4:30- Senior Boys & Girls

5:15- Awards


Saturday 9/16:  Course Tour at Oberod Estate  8:00-9:30

The course is only open until 10:00 so a prompt pick-up is appreciated.  Right now, we do not have a bus.  Drop off and pick up is at Oberod Estate.   If anything changes, I will update the blog.
Sunday 9/17:  NO PRACTICE
See below for Sunday guidelines:
For my brand new beginners: try to run/walk for 20-35 minutes. 

For everyone else: Sunday is a great day to get in a LONGER run.  A nice relaxed pace. 
45-70 minutes.
