Week of September 25-October 1st

Hi Everyone!
Congrats to everyone who took on Oberod's course on Saturday.  You should all be proud of your accomplishments.  Especially my crew who thought they were only running 1.5 miles.  You looked so good coming up "The Beast" that we knew you could finish!


So glad we stayed until the end of the Awards.  Three of our bulldogs walked away with some pretty nice Swag:

Monday 9/25:  Bellevue State Park
Meet on the side of the gym by 2:45
Depart Time: 2:45pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 4:45pm
Return Location: Bellevue State Park
Est Return to School: 5:00pm

Tuesday 9/26:  School
Meet on track by 2:45.  Practice should end by 4:15-4:30

Wednesday 9/27:  
BHS vs. Glasgow and Christiania at White Clay
Dismissal Time: 1:05pm
Depart Time: 1:20pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 4:45pm
Return Location: White Clay Creek State Park
Est Return to School: 5:30pm

Thursday 9/28:  School 
Meet on track by 2:45.  Practice should end by 4:15-4:30

Friday 9/29;  Brandywine Creek State Park
Meet on the side of the gym by 2:45
Depart Time: 2:45pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 4:45pm
Return Location: Brandywine Creek State Park
Est Return to School: 5:00pm

Saturday 9/30:  Brandywine Creek State Park:  9:00-10:30
Meet in the Hawk Watch Parking Lot

Sunday 10/1:  No Practice.  Please run on your own.

For my brand new beginners: try to run/walk for 20-35 minutes. 

For everyone else: Sunday is a great day to get in a LONGER run.  A nice relaxed pace. 
50-70 minutes.
