BHSXC Mid-Week Update

Thursday 9/14: School 

Meet on the track by 2:45.  Practice will end by 4:15

Friday 9/15:  Middletown Invitational

Dismissal Time: 12:50pm
Depart Time: 1:00pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym
Return Time: 6:00pm
Return Location: Lums Pond State Park

Time Schedule:

Girls J.V. - 3:30: Kat, Liana,  Natalia, Eva (?)

Boys J.V. - 4:00: Josh, Aidan, Clayton, Sam, Dexter

Girls Varsity - 4:30 Angelina, Celia, Izzy, Rachel

Boys Varsity - 5:00 Andres, Eli, Nathaniel, Ethan, Stephen

Saturday 9/16:  

Recovery jog on your own.  30-45 minutes followed by stretching

Sunday 9/17:  

DAY OF REST

Monday 9/18:  School.  

Meet on the track by 2:45.  Practice will end by 4:15

For those participating in Gait Analysis, please arrive at Omega by 4:55 PM

Tuesday 9/19:  Brandywine Creek State Park  

The bus will pick up athletes on the side of the gym at 2:30.  There is NO RETURN BUS!  

Parents must pick up athletes at Brandywine Creek  by 4:30-4:45.  

Wednesday 9/20:  Meet with AI at Brandywine Creek 

Dismissal Time: 1:55pm
Depart Time: 2:15pm
Depart Location: BHS Gym

Start Time 3:30 PM

There is NO RETURN BUS!  

Parents must pick up athletes at Brandywine Creek  by 4:30-4:45.  

Thursday 9/21 SCHOOL

Meet on the track by 2:45.  Practice will end by 4:15

 Friday 9/22: BELLEVUE

The bus will pick up athletes on the side of the gym at 2:30.  There is NO RETURN BUS!  

Parents must pick up athletes at Bellevue  by 4:30-4:45.  

Saturday 9/23:  Scavenger Hunt at Bellevue 8AM-10AM

We will have prizes and breakfast for the team.

Day of Rest
