Gait Analysis at Omega PT

 Hi Everyone.

Omega PT has scheduled our Gait Analysis for Monday 9/18/23 from 5:00-6:00pm.  We will be practicing at the school that day and will end in plenty of time for those who have signed up to get there. 

The following athletes have signed up.  I need to send Omega contact information for the parents so a consent form can be signed prior to the analysis.  Since consent form will be signed, parents do not have to attend but they are absolutely welcome to.  Brandywine is not involved in this screening and will NOT be providing transportation.
