We have a few changes to this week's schedule:
Wednesday 9/20: Meet with AI at Brandywine Creek
Dismissal Time: 1:55
Depart Time: 2:15
Depart Location: Side of Gym
Start Time 3:30 PM BOYS AND GIRLS RUN TOGETHER
There is NO RETURN BUS!
Parents must pick up athletes at Brandywine Creek by 4:30-4:45.
Thursday 9/21 SCHOOL
Meet on the track by 2:45. Practice will end by 4:15
Friday 9/22: BELLEVUE
With the expected heavy RAIN on Saturday, we have decided to move the scavenger hunt to FRIDAY. It will be after our workout, therefore, practice will end later.
The bus will pick up athletes on the side of the gym at 2:30. There is NO RETURN BUS!
Parents must pick up athletes at Bellevue by 5:00-5:15
Please note later pick up time!
Saturday 9/23-Sunday 9/24: NO PRACTICE We would like athletes to run ONE of the two days. If there is a break in the rain, get outside. Or if you have access to a treadmill or stationary bike, please move your body on ONE of the two days. JV 30min/Var 45-60
Monday 9/25: No School. NO PRACTICE. Please run 30-40 easy run on your own.

Tuesday 9/26: Meet with Howard and McKean at Bellevue

RACE TIME: 3:30PM Parents pick up at the park between 4:30-4:45

Meet on the track by 2:45. Practice will end by 4:15
Thursday 9/28: Brandywine Creek State Park: Please check Band for any updates on departure times. Bus is scheduled to leave at 2:30 but this could change to an earlier departure. There is no RETURN bus! Practice will end between 4:30-4:45
Friday 9/29: School
Meet on the track by 2:45. Practice will end by 4:15
Saturday 9/30: NO PRACTICE! This is a CHANGE to the original schedule. Please run 40-60 minutes on your own followed by 4 long striders.
Sunday 10/1: DAY OF REST
Monday 10/2: BELLEVUE
The bus will pick up athletes on the side of the gym at 2:30. There is NO RETURN BUS!
Parents must pick up athletes at Bellevue by 4:30-4:45.
