Tomorrow's meet is going forward as scheduled at Unionville High School. See message from Meet Director below. If you have any concerns about your athlete participating, please send me a message in the Band app.

The meet is taking place at Unionville High School as scheduled.
Unionville High School is back in session and had after school activities yesterday and a full school day today. I will be on campus by 6am Saturday and I am not concerned. We will be safe on Saturday.
Law enforcement and the Unionville administration have declared our district safe.
Police perimeter is in the southeastern portion of our district (8-10 square mile area). Unionville HS is 3 miles from closest part of the perimeter.
PSP says “no problem” if we want to host the event. Could be some minor traffic issues with road closures - plan ahead
Mushroom festival (10 000+ people, also about 2 miles from the perimeter) is ON in Kennett on Saturday
We had a safe and successful day of in-person school in all of our buildings today. And our buildings will remain open tomorrow.
Lots of fun at the races Saturday and the campus opens at 6:45am (we need the weather to cooperate):
- Kona ice truck
- DJ
- light concessions
- Phila Runner tent and they will have a prize pack for the fastest male and female on the day
- medal tent for the top 25 in every race
- trophies to the top 2 teams (determined by the top place from each class) - boys and girls are separate
- backpacks for the winning team on each side
- BASH t-shirts for sale
