Pasta Party and Blue Hen Conference Information

Hi Everyone!
Hope you enjoyed your wet afternoon off.  It was a good day to catch up on homework.  Thursday's  practice is at school.  Meet on the track by 2:45.  Practice should end by 4:15.

Return Time: 5:15pm

Saturday 10/31:  Happy Halloween.  Run some spooky distance on your own.  (40-60 minutes)

Sunday 11/1:  LONG run on your own (50-70 minutes)
